Airport: The closest major airport to Bern is the Zürich International Airport (ZRH).
Getting to Bern: From ZRH, take the SBB railway to Bern Station, the venue is a ~10min walk from the stain. Tickets can be purchased in advance at https://www.sbb.ch/en.

Members are not obligated to stay at the pre-arranged hotels and there are numerous other hotels within walking distance to the venue.
